Your drop off time will not be confirmed until you add this drop-off appointment to your schedule AND complete and submit the above form.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation page. Please print this confirmation page and bring it with you when you drop off your camera.
All Fujifilm cleanings will take place at the Fujifilm tables, Fifth Avenue Room, Grand Level of the Westin Seattle. Fujifilm will be at Click Away providing camera check/cleaning services, lens and gear loaners and product/equipment display.
Note - Fujifilm will give you a pick-up time upon drop off. Fujifilm will also be offering free camera and lens loans (while supplies last).
